Description
uJu Baetis Glass Bead is a highly refined nymph pattern that imitates the Blue Wing Olive (Baetis) mayfly in its juvenile form. Designed with a slim, segmented body and finished with a subtle glass bead head, this fly is ideal when trout demand a soft entry and a natural presentation in low, clear water.
Unlike its tungsten or brass counterparts, the glass bead gives just enough weight to get the fly below the surface without spooking wary fish. It creates a slower, more natural descent, perfect for suspended fish feeding mid-column. The body is crafted with ribbed SuperHair or fine wire for segmented realism, while the thorax and fine tail provide just the right hint of motion.
