The tungsten bead ensures it gets down quickly, making it perfect for euro nymphing or fishing under a dry-dropper rig. Effective during mayfly hatches, especially when trout are targeting emergers just below the surface.
Fantastic alone or as a dropper. I fish it emulating a BWO.
