Description

B’s Perdigon Patterns are a series of streamlined, hard-bodied nymphs designed for high performance in modern Euro nymphing setups. Originally developed in Spain, Perdigons are known for their slim profiles, UV-reflective finishes, and fast sink rates—perfect for reaching the strike zone quickly in fast or deep water. B’s versions come in a range of colors and bead combinations, including natural imitative tones and bold attractor styles like chartreuse, copper, and silver.

Each fly is tied on a jig hook with a tungsten bead to reduce snags and improve hook sets. These patterns are ideal for pressured fish, technical water, and precise presentations. Whether imitating mayfly nymphs, midges, or general attractors, B’s Perdigon Patterns are must-haves for serious nymph anglers.

The name “Perdigon” is Spanish for “pellet” or “shot,” referencing its rapid sinking characteristic.
  • Sleek, streamlined body: Allows for minimal resistance in the water, enabling it to reach the strike zone quickly.
  • Weighted with a tungsten bead: Tungsten is denser than other materials, further increasing the fly’s sink rate.
  • UV resin coating: Adds durability, a glossy appearance, and further minimizes drag.
  • Minimalist design: Typically lacks legs or other appendages, which can hinder sinking in fast currents.
  • Hot spot: Often includes a brightly colored hot spot near the head to attract fish.
